Important information for starters:
The fighting-area is about 6 x 6m and is only free for the active fighters. All starters have to wear
clean clothes (traditional gi or long trousers and t-shirt). It is prohibited to wear shoes, glasses and jewellery caused by the danger of accidents.
All Starters have to wear semi-contakt fist and foot protectors. All men have to wear a groin-protection.
It is not allowed to wear shin-, elbow- and knee protectors !
To guarantee a short course of this event please note the following points.
1. 9.00 Registration, the charge for the starters has to be paid at the beginning of the event
(pattern of the starting-cards at the end of the advertisement).
!!!First the starting cards must be delivered to the judgment-table by the call-out of the category !!!
The organiser declines every responsibility of consequential damages of injuries, accidents and thefts.
All starters are responsible of their coverage on their own.
Tournament rules
Kata:
All katas from the different styles, which are presented without music, are allowed.
The difficulty-level has to correspond with the graduation of the starter.
The rating is equal to the school system. That means:
1 = very good, 2 = good, 3= satisfied, 4= sufficient, 5= unsatisfactory
There are also half points to give.
The kata-rating results through at least 3 judges in an open rating, which were added at the judgement-table.
(If it is wanted the ratings can be seen at the judgement-table after the category is finished).
Kumite: Shiai-Kumite
Every clean and controlled technique is rated with one point. Clean and controlled kicks
to the head are rated with 2 points. All hand-techniques, except of roundly hits, and all foot-techniques which can carried out in a controlled way, are allowed.
Ashi barais (pull away feet) and low throws only gets rated if right after it a second technique is carried out.
Time: effective 2 minutes

Roundly hits, ellbow- and knee-pushes , punches and kicks on:
the top of the head, genitals, joints, spinal column and on the back of the neck

Both competitors have to show one appliance per attack against three given attacks, in a fast way.
The appliances have to be out of the kata, which is according to the kyu-grade of the competitor.
After showing the 3 actions there will be the valuation.
Complaints / protests:
Please fail to do complaints and protests, because they disturb the course of tournament and the judges are just humans who try to do their best.
The organiser reserves the right to prohibit the participation to separate dojos, clubs and starters.
